Factors Influencing Online Shopping Intentions In The Post-Pandemic Era: A Retrospective Study Among Lebanese

The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the transition to a more digitized world and brought about significant changes in online shopping habits that could have long-term implications. With governments implementing restrictions consumers concerned potential health risks associated with in-store buying, there been notable surge shopping. However, since late 2022, started easing regulations, are gradually returning brick-and-mortar establishments. primary objective of this study is investigate factors influencing internet following pandemic. A retrospective quantitative was conducted over two periods, focusing on same sample Lebanon Iraq. findings reveal previous purchasing experiences, attitudes toward shopping, perceived usefulness all play crucial roles shaping intentions post-COVID-19 era.
